We have summarised all the most important information for your holiday. You can check off lots of little boxes on your to-do list in advance and just sit back and just enjoy the journey to Dorf Tirol on the day of your arrival.
Prices for additional guests
Kids under 1 year: free of charge
Kids from 1-6 years: € 12 per night
Kids from 7-13 years: € 18 per night
Additional persons from 14 years: € 25 per night
The minimum stay in our flats is 7 days during the summer months (arrival on Saturday). For the rest of the year, the minimum stay is 4 nights. A holiday of less than 4 nights is only possible upon request and for an additional charge.
You can move into the apartments from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Please inform us in advance if you arrive after 18:00. We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
You are welcome to pay the bill before the start of your holiday by bank transfer. Or on the day of departure in cash (according to Italian law, a payment in cash is possible for a maximum of € 4999.99) or by EC/Bankomat card (no credit cards accepted).
The final cleaning of the holiday apartment is included in the price.
You are welcome to bring your four-legged darling with you after a brief consultation. Certain apartments are designated for this purpose. We ask for your understanding that dogs do not have access to our outdoor recreation zone (pool area with common room and playground). We kindly ask you to bring your own basket or blanket from home.
Prices for dogs:
Small dogs up to 59cm: €18 per day per animal (excluding food)
For large dogs over 60cm: €25 per day per animal (excluding food)
Apartments bookable with dog: Apartment 101, 201, 202, 203, 204 and 205.
There are no cancellation fees up to 60 days before the start of the holiday.
From 59 to 14 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit is retained, i.e. 30% of the total amount.
From 13 days or in case of early departure we charge 80 % of the booked arrangement
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is due at the time of booking.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, such as the one provided by the European Travel Insurance.
